Gaza baby’s life saved in Israeli hospital

A mum from Gaza who lost 3 babies to rare defects at Egyptian hospitals chose to travel to the Meir hospital in Kfar Saba, central Israel, to have her baby operated on. The baby had life-saving surgery and is now well and living in Gaza, reports Arutz Sheva.

The Israel Security Agency reported an increase in the number of terror attacks in the month of September compared with in August. Several mortar shells landed in the northern Golan Heights this morning. Ynet reports that they are believed to be from clashes between Assad’s forces and the rebels. No-one was injured. The IDF have complained to UNIFIL about this.
